The Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, Texas is the result of the vision of the founder of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Caroline Rose Hunt. Mrs. Hunt sought to create a hotel that would offer the right blend of comforts and services that more than offset the rigors and inconveniences of being away from home. The "Rosewood Tradition of Excellence" continues to define Hotel Crescent Court into the new millennium.

The Crescent complex involved the noted architect Philip Johnson, along with Kalef Alaton, considered be one of the pre-eminent interior designers of the twentieth century. Commanding an important role at the center of the complex, Hotel Crescent Court was inspired by The Royal Crescent in Bath, England. Filled with antiques and artwork from around the world, the hotel admirably meets Johnson's goal of blending space for meetings, conferences and banquets with the finest atmosphere for dining, accommodations and a world-class spa.

The Condé Nast Traveler has included the hotel on "The Americas Gold List" for the United States for 2001 and three consecutive years previous. Hotel Crescent Court serves as the centerpiece of The Crescent Complex, a landmark, mixed-use development that includes the prestigious Crescent Office Towers and The Shops and Galleries of The Crescent. The Crescent Complex is located on the edge of the Central Business district and Uptown Arts district of Dallas, home of the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and Dallas Museum of Art.
